Max's Manifesto

Because every governmental and religious entity believes that only their constituents are people and therefore accorded rights and protections provided by said entities, WE NEED an entity that provides all individuals with the same rights and protections.

Historically, only the most venal of people have tried to bring the known world under one rule and they have left a bloody swath of 'non-people' across the face of the Earth.

Currently, two former enemies stand yoked and prepared to plow their furrow around the World. The United States of America and Russia cry with one voice for the death of terrorism.

To eliminate the confusion as to when a person is a person, WE MUST unite under one banner and it is to that purpose that I propose that in 2004, the former Soviet Union and the United States combine their institutions in order to bring about a World Government. Only when this world order is brought about will all people be PEOPLE.

This does not address the issue of having and having not. But it is a beginning. A poor person might feel as if the rich people of the world are standing on his chest with an arm down his throat, ripping out his heart. This poor person, if he could speak past the arm, might cry, "What use is this one government when my situation does not change?"

At least that person would be A PERSON, ever how down trodden they may feel. When all people are people, PERHAPS we may address that issue, but first we must all become PEOPLE.

And so, with as little fan-fare as possible, since at least in the United States of America all rule of law has been suspended for the general population and by extension the very foundation of our Constitution, I propose the ticket of Bush and Putin for the next election of our democratic nation.
